Q: Who is Ms. Jetsetter for?
Ms. Jetsetter creates stylish, functional travel accessories designed for modern women who are always on the go. Whether traveling for business, vacation, or everyday life, our products help you stay organized effortlessly — without sacrificing style.

Q: Where can I purchase Ms. Jetsetter products?
You can shop directly at msjetsetter.com. Our products are also available at Macy’s.com, Kohl’s.com, Walgreens, and select airport retailers.


2. Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at info@msjetsetter.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.


3. Shipping Information

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.

We primarily ship via UPS (approximately 90% of orders) and USPS (approximately 10% of orders). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. Free shipping promotions may also be offered during special promotional periods.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


4. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@msjetsetter.com. Additional return instructions will be provided at that time.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Q: What if my item is damaged or lost?
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@msjetsetter.com. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: Are your products carry-on friendly?
Yes. Our travel bags and organizers are designed to be carry-on friendly. However, customers are responsible for complying with current TSA guidelines regarding liquids, toiletries, and restricted items placed inside our products. We recommend reviewing TSA regulations before traveling.
